Liana is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Viticulture and Enology in northern Italy, where she is immersed in both traditional and innovative winemaking practices. Her academic focus on sustainability reflects her deep respect for nature and her vision of crafting wines that honor tradition while advancing sustainable methods.
With a background in biology and a strong foundation in sustainability and research, Liana is well-equipped to understand the intricate relationship between ecosystems and agriculture. During her undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago, she conducted research on microplastics in aquatic ecosystems, which sharpened her analytical skills and deepened her commitment to environmental stewardship.
